Where to Make Payments of Common Charges

A reminder that payment of common charges are due on the 1st day of each month.

For your convenience, common charges can be paid in two ways:

To the Lock-Box: The Greens c/o Down East Management Associates, PO Box 166368, Miami, FL 3316-6368. Please note that this is the lock-box only, no regular mail should be sent here.

In Person: 1800 N.W. Corporate Blvd. Suite 303, Boca Raton, FL 33431. (Your envelope must be clearly marked Attn: DEMA Re: The Greens).

2011 Common Charges

During our Budget Meeting on December 2, 2010 the Board of Directors adopted the FY 2011 budget.

Please be advised that effective January 1, 2011 the monthly common charge will be $437.84/mo. Additionally, for those on the roof loan repayment program, the payment will remain at $102.22/mo.

Coupon books were mailed out during the week of December 13, 2010 to your official billing address on record with Management.

FY 2010 Maintenance Payment is $439.34

Dear Residents,

Happy New Year. Please be advised that the payment coupons for FY2010 have not arrived as of yet. They should arrive in the next few days.

In the interim, if you are not on direct debit, for the month of January please remit your maintenance payment of $439.34- Maintenance Payment and, if applicable $102.22 - Roof Loan directly to Prime Management by mailing the payments to:
