Dear Residents of The Greens,As you know, effective March 1, 2010 DOWN EAST MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES will be replacing Prime as our Property Manager. New payment coupons were mailed out to your official billing address and many residents have already received them. The new DEMA coupons should be the only coupons used on a go forward basis effective immediately. So as to alleviate any confusion, please discard the old (Prime) coupons.
Payments for March should be made using the new coupons or if you have not yet received them please mail your March payments to:

If you were using the KliknPay system via Prime, it has been deactivated. If you are on auto pay to Prime through your bank, please ensure that you cancel it. In the coming weeks we will contact you with instructions for those who are interested in a direct debit/autopay program via DEMA.
If you have already prepaid your maintenance for March or thereafter, acknowledgement of your payment will be transmitted to the new firm.
