Please find the proposed FY2011 budget for The Greens. The proposed monthly common charge is $437.84/mo per unit (not including those units which remain on the roof loan program).

The Board will review any comments, make changes, if necessary, and present a final FY2011 Budget for discussion and adoption at the Budget Meeting scheduled for December 2, 2010.
