The Greens HOA Annual Meeting March 5, 2013

The Greens HOA annual meeting will take place on March 5, 2013 6:00pm at 3400 Airport Road, Boca Raton FL.  All owners were previously mailed a meeting notice to their official billing address.

Budget & Quarterly Meeting 11-20-12

In addition to the budget meeting the Association will be holding a quarterly meeting on November 20, 2012 6pm at the Boca Country Club.

FY 2013 Budget Meeting 11/20/12

The Boca Golf & Tennis Townhomes HOA Budget Meeting to adopt a budget for FY 2013 will be held on November 20, 2012 6pm at the Boca Country Club.  The below image contains the proposed budget. Double click on the image to enlarge and review the proposed budget.  Please send any comments prior to 5pm November 18, 2012. The comments will be reviewed at the budget meeting.

Inspections of Units Required

During the weeks of October 22 and October 29, 2012 representatives from ASI along with representatives from Keys Claims Consultants (representing the HOA) will be on-site.  ASI requires access to the units to perform their inspection.  This is necessary with respect to the claim.  If you are generally not home and require a specific date and time to have the inspection take place, please contact Robin at Campbell Property Management at (954) 427-8770 or email thegreensnewsletter@gmail.com.  If you have a tenant renting at your unit, please advise them as to this request.  A representative from Keys will be present at all times.

Special Assessment Passed

On July 31, 2012 the Board of Directors unanimously passed a Special Assessment in the amount of $1862.37 (payable over 9 months beginning September 1, 2012) to provide an infusion of funds to the HOA as a result of the aforementioned unforeseen repairs & maintenance for roof and stucco and legal fees.  All unit owners will coupons iand these coupons should be utilized when mailing in your Special Assessment payments. 

Special Assessment Meeting 7/31/12

There will be a special meeting of the Board of Directors on July 31, 2012 6pm at the Boca Country Club to consider the adoption of a special assessment for the purposes set forth in the Notice of Special Assessment meeting sent to all unit owners.

FY 2012 Budget Meeting & Quarterly Meeting - Saturday November 19, 2011

A reminder that the FY 2012 Budget Meeting and a Greens Quarterly HOA Meeting will take place on Saturday November 19, 2011 9am, poolside.

All residents have been provided a DRAFT 2012 budget through the US Mail. Should you have any comments or suggestions with respect to the proposed budget, please provide them in writing via e-mail to thegreensnewsletter@gmail.com before close of business Tuesday November 15, 2011.

The Board will review any comments, make modifications if necessary, and present a final FY2012 Budget for discussion and adoption at the Budget Meeting scheduled for November 19, 2011.
